Anyone own this Esteban Burswood acoustic?

Question:

A co-worker bought one.I wasn’t too impressed with it.For about the same money, you could get a Johnson electric/acoustic,and be able to use an amp at a later date, should you want to,and stick with it.I’ve played three or four Johnsons, and they were pretty good. You can easily find them brand new on ebay.Go to musical instruments/acoustic guitars/and do a search for Johnson. Also the Jay Tursers are very good, but a little bit more than the Johnsons.     Good luck in your choice.     Jon Neet

It’s been advertised serveral times on the home shopping network. I did a search for it on Yahoo and came up with tons of mixed reviews. this particual guitar comes with an instructional video that teaches 4 complete songs and a nylon gig bag all for about $100 an since i’m a beginner i figured this is cheap enough for me to expreiment with and if it really isn’t my thing i’d only be losing a benjamin. Reviews needed.

If its advertised on TV it has to be good.  I’ve found that plenty of things on TV come with a money-back guarantee, except that the shipping & handling charges aren’t returned.  Often the item isn’t even worth the cost of the postage.  That said, I don’t know this particular guitar but can only tell you to be careful.                                       Eric commercial free radio WFUV 90.7
